Very persistent situation in the final round of the strongest
Russian teams could been seen in every game. “Lada” from
Toliatti who lost the previous game against “Rossianka” could
not loose the points again. And FC “Energy” team needed only
the victory. So everyone tried to win. The spectators didn’t
see the open football because the physical conditions of the
players were not good. And more – the hosts had difficult
problems with the squad. You can see: Natalia Zhdanova missed
the game because of the red card, Elena Lamtyugina, Sabrina
Rastetter, Irina Zvarich, Elena Danilova are injured. As a
result FC Energy didn’t have 18 players in the official list
of the match. And
the
team
from
Toilatti
played
in
optimal
squad.
As a result the match was in equal struggle. The guests were better in the
attacks and Voronezh team’s defense was the best. On the 9th
minute Natalia Barbashina was near the gates but Olga
Mishanskaya stopped her accurately. Few minutes later great
pass from Irina Grigorieva to Bosikova deceived the defense o
the guests but Nadejda’s shot was near the target. And before
the break the spectators didn’t see any other dangerous
moments.
At the second half the game was more exiting. Natalia Barbashina lost two
chances to score. During her first raid Olga Mishanskaya
blocked her again and at her second chance Olga Svinukhova
played very well. The Voronezh team could hope for the victory
when Natalia Zinchenko kicked from the left side – but not
precise. And great shot from Russian international (U-19)
Liubov Bukashkina from 15 metres was very close to bar. As a
result – the deuce again. Now we are looking for three tough
away games. The next one will be in Moscow region (the town of
Reutov) against “Rossianka” – one of the favorites of the
competition. |
