The game in Noginsk was very hard. The host team had the
territorial advantage during first 70 minutes, but the guests
tried to create rapid attacks. Many dangerous episodes were
organized by Elena Tzurkanu, valentine Barkova. But FC
Energy’s players didn’t stop in their gates square. At the
end of 1st half Vera Stoukova didn’t use the great
chance to score. On the 80th minute now played in
defense Natalia Zinchenko made a great pass to Irina
Grigorieva who was precise - 1:0. The hosts were upset and
tried to score too. And the defender of “Nadejda” Kotick
played very rude against Irina Zvarich and got the red card.
After this our girls played more calm and Natalia Zinchenko
showed a solo success and shot from 16 meters. It was the
victory. “Lada” at the same time won a game against
“Rossianka” which was unexpected. So probably the fate of the
Russian championship will be seen in Toliatti on the 9th
of October. Voronezh team has only to win there. But now FC
Energy is going to leave Voronezh for the UEFA Women’s Cup in
Denmark. Let us wait for the good news from Scandinavia!
